They go to ukartspotlight.org/redeem, log in or create a free account, and enter the code on the voucher.
The small print
Good to know
- A voucher is valid for 12 months from the day you buy it. The date is printed on it.
- Whoever has the code can use it, so keep it safe until you hand it over.
- Your right to cancel is set out in our terms.
- There’s no cash alternative, and a voucher can’t be used with a discount code.

Questions
How does the voucher get to me?
By email, as a PDF, straight after you pay. It has the voucher’s code on it, and it prints nicely at A5. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, or email hello@ukartspotlight.org and we’ll send it again.
How does the person use it?
They go to ukartspotlight.org/redeem, log in or create a free account, and enter the code. A membership starts that day. Classes and Drawing Club sessions appear in their account, ready to book. For the course place, we’ll be in touch to book their course date.
Which one should I choose?
If they’d come often, a membership gives them Drawing Club every week and Classes every month. If they’re curious, a Class or a Drawing Club pass is an easy first go. If they’d love to learn to paint properly from the start, the six-week course is the one.
Can I put a name or a message on it?
Not on the voucher. Each type has one design, with the code and the date printed on it. A card of your own alongside it works well.
What if they already have a membership?
A membership voucher can be used once their current membership has ended, or while it’s paused. Classes, Drawing Club sessions and the course place can be used any time.
Where is the studio?
Unit 5, Aire Street Workshops, Aire Street, Leeds LS1 4HT, 3 minutes’ walk from Leeds station. Ours is the blue door just right of the archway.
