Questions

What is a Class credit?

One credit books one of our taught Classes. Your credits refresh at the start of every month. A credit is used when you book, and credits you don't use by the end of the month don't carry over.

Can I change my Plan?

Yes, from your profile. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay only the difference. A move to a smaller Plan starts on your next payment date.

What's the Founding price?

Our first 20 Members pay a lower price, Monthly or Annual, for as long as they stay a Member. If you upgrade, you keep the Founding price on your new Plan.

How does Annual work?

You pay once for 12 months at the price of 10. You get your Class credits every month. We'll email you a month before it renews. Within 14 days of joining you can cancel for a full refund.

Can I pause?

Yes. From your profile you can ask to pause for up to 3 months at a time. While it's paused you don't pay and don't get Class credits. When it starts again you keep your Plan and your price, including a Founding price.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your profile. Monthly Plans run to the end of the month you've paid for.
